3. Orders & Nationwide Free Shipping

  • 100% Free Shipping: We offer 100% Free Delivery all over Pakistan on every single order with zero hidden fees.

  • Order Confirmation: Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation update via WhatsApp or email.

  • Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery across Pakistan takes between 2 to 4 business days. Sastay Soday is not liable for unexpected courier service delays beyond our direct control.

4. No Return Policy & Strict Damaged Claims

  • No Standard Returns or Exchanges: Sastay Soday operates on a strict wholesale model and does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, preference shifts, or incorrect customer selection.

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video for Damaged Items: Replacement claims for items damaged during transit are accepted strictly under the condition that a clear, continuous unboxing video is provided.

  • Claim Verification Rules:

    1. Video recording must begin before opening or unsealing the courier parcel.

    2. The shipping label and tracking number must be clearly visible in the video.

    3. The footage must show the damage in a single, unedited shot (no cuts or pauses).

    4. No Video = No Claim: Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will be rejected immediately.

    5. Claim Deadline: Damaged claims along with the unboxing video must be submitted to our official WhatsApp support at +92 322 0320082 within 24 hours of parcel delivery.

5. Custom Stitching & Digital Wedding Cards

      • Custom Stitching: Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Orders processed as per provided specifications cannot be canceled or modified once cutting or stitching begins.

      • Digital Wedding Cards: Customized PDF invitations and animated video cards will be delivered directly via WhatsApp or Email within 24 hours of detail submission.

6. Promotions & Vouchers

  • Discount Codes: Coupon codes (such as FIRST50) must be applied at checkout prior to finalizing the order.

  • Usage Limits: Promotional codes are valid for a limited period and cannot be combined with other ongoing offers unless explicitly stated.

7. Account Security & Misuse
